Born in the North West, he completed his diploma in Information Technology at Technikon South Africa in 2004. In 2007, Elias obtained his diploma in Human Resources Management, Bookkeeping and ICDL certificates from College Campus.
Elias joined LHR in 2005 as an intern with the finance department and in 2008 was promoted to Human Resources Administrator, Assets Management and IT support.
